These bookings are not legal and must be confirmed by the accommodation itself in order to be effective. Once availability has been confirmed for the dates you require, you will be asked to pay a deposit to make your booking official. This deposit guarantees your stay for the contracted days.

• High season: July, August, Easter, Christmas, bank holidays and weekends.
• Low season: rest of the year

The reservation is guaranteed by a credit card, which will be debited in the following cases:

If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 20% of the total will be charged to the card.
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
Payment for the stay must be made at the hotel on the day of arrival.
